[SUGGESTION] WZS: Stamina balance #139

If you hit with a melee weapon into air you are still consuming stamina, maybe change it that if you hit only the air that it consumes just the half of the stamina it normally consumes

The stamina rate is already five times stronger than originally it was, I don't think this should be in any way changed further.
