Lets think about this deployable as using the model of the BEACON (Mine in HL2) Or maybe replace the model with the old mine from HL1 or the SLAM from HL2.
What I think what it should do:
If placed on a wall,floor,ceiling it will despatch a field that will make any deployable have no collision with Humans. Meaning, you can walk throught them or run through them.
This would be really handy in small cades when there is a busyness man around.

Model: (Hl2) Mine ; (HL2) SLAM ; (HL1) Laser mine (without the laser) ; Or another model
Range: ~9m² (I dont know in units sadly)
Effect: Humans dont collide with deployables with in range of it
Price: 15 Points
HP: About the same as the Beacon so it cant be used to block zombies, atleast not for long.
If destroyed, will make them all collide with deployables again, also forcing players to phase if inside of them.
