[SUGGESTION] Cross-server server advertising #168

Could we have somekind of feature like alot CSS or other Source server use where the server adverties the other server IPs and how many players are currently on the other server. This could help with the time when there are not alot of players online.

Its not a 3rd party addon its just something u put in the server config. That gets posted every few minutes, just like the text about the Hard mode server on server 1 and 2 does.
