issue with excluding managedPrivateEndpoint #66

excluding managedPrivateEndpoint folder was working before when it's version 1.6. but after upgrade to 1.7 (now we're in 1.9), it will always deploy files under managedPrivateEndpoint even it's specified to exclude.
