Add Django MySQL App Service / ACA - fix typos and styles

Purpose

• Add Django MySQL XX App Service
• Add Django MySQL XX ACA
• fix small typos and styles fix #52 and fix #53

After building this I used Cookiecutter to generate the repo I previously created and there were no changes in the code.
