upload the repo files to an Azure Notebook Project

Test the code
run the following notebooks

01-turbofan_regression.ipynb 02-turbofan_deploy_model.ipynb

What to Check

Verify that the following are valid

Make sure the notebook complete successfully with out file load/save issues
