Should we be suggesting using preview portal? #36

@AndyCW In another issue you mentioned that the LU functionality of the preview portal isn't necessarily compatible with the latest LU spec I think. Yet in the customizing-own-project docs we're actually suggesting people use the preview portal to use the new LU export feature.

Should we be recommending the preview portal at all? If so, is the LU export actually going to give valid LU?

The LU export in the portal is currently broken but am in communication with PG to ensure that it works on release.

I will be changing all links to the preview portal to the 'standard' portal links, as the preview portal will become the default experience next week at Build.
