@energizedtech Thanks for your contribution! If I understand correctly, the examples you added are about Text-to-Speech. Because this reponsitory is focusing Speech-To-Text, it might be not the right place to hold your samples. You may try to submit a PR to the following respository: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/Cognitive-Speech-TTS, which is for Text-To-Speech.
