Also tried updating makecert instructions (it's deprecated now) but it appears that any cert created with the New-SelfSignedCertificate cmdlet is enabled only for Client/Server Authentication and this causes a 500 error when registering it with B2C.

@stewartadam We have some all new Key management functionality coming in the next few weeks that will correct this. Thank you for your contirbution!
