Updated documentation to reflect current portal experience.

I tried adding postman support as well but i'm getting 'Not Authorized' from Postman. any thoughts? @jmprieur @jennyf19

I'm going to let @jmprieur sign-off on this. I think it's fine content wise, but we try to not add screen shots of the portal because things change frequently and it's hard to maintain, but let's let him weigh in and decide. He'll be back next week. :) Thanks for all the updates.
