Welcome OIDCBearerStrategy to the world!
Updated metadata.js to support parsing of odic endpoints and keys from AzureAD
Uses JWT validation from jsonwebtoken for verifying signature.
Removed custom PEM logic and used ursa module instead (thanks @dstrockis!)
Removed lots of un-needed files for the sample. We are collapsing around OpenID Connect. SAML and WS-Fed can live in history
