Change rulesfile with JSONPath notation: $.given_name changed host const to req.hostname for easier deployment/test/dev when using ngrok etc added Dockerfiles for easy deployment to docker Added style sheet and Ninja logo since Ninjas are cool and the site looks a bit cleaner
