Any log messages given by the failure

Expected/desired behavior

Right now we expect users to create pinecone account and index themself. Also they need to pass api_key and endpoint of the pinecone. In the future, we want to automate this process in our azd process to create everything for them

OS and Version?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
