LGTM, requesting review from @chuwik who wrote the frontend.
Enrique, this is using the same package we're using in azure-search-openai-demo, which has worked fairly well. The biggest drawbacks to adding i18n is the increase in packages and the need to get translations when changing the UI, but we do have advocates who speak all the languages that happily review new strings when asked. The i18n makes this demo more usable in AI Tour stops and other international events.
@pamelafox that's great, @tonybaloney thanks for this contribution! Spanish looks good to me, though there's an odd term there I don't know of a better alternative.
