The readme has 2 issues: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/aoai-realtime-audio-sdk/tree/main/python/samples

• In the "download-pkg.sh for bash" commend, the download-pkg.sh script does not exist. It must be https://github.com/Azure-Samples/aoai-realtime-audio-sdk/blob/main/python/samples/download-wheel.sh
• pip install rtclient-0.4.0-py3-none-any.whl refers to version 0.4.0 which will change over time. It needs to use a wildcard for any version
