Purpose

Rename batch-processing-simple to prioritization-simple
prioritization-simple updates:
- Add titles to charts in prioritization-simple
- Start on prioritization-simple/README.md
- Adjust load level to better show behaviour
merged in lucashh/prioritization-token-counting
