Purpose

Added support for Outputs in main.bicep to write to environment variables
Allowed for parameter input when running azd up
Bug fixes in container environment OutboundSettings removed
Renamed resourceGroupName at main.bicep into AZURE_RESOURCE_GROUP for consistency
Bug fixes for storage private dns zone link using the same name
Updated documentation by removing the section where input variables were manually defined.
