Update following packages to latest version, _

Also fix the way of calling VirtualMachineConfiguration CTOR which introduced by Batch 8.0 sdk.

Hi @wxdtony thanks for this PR.

I am in the process of updating all samples in this repo to use the latest C# sdk, so I am closing this PR and will open a PR with this change + updates for each other sample as well.
