Some difficulties I had while converting this sample:
Lack of image list mgmt API means no ability to pass ImageReference into BatchManager.
Naming conflict between pool.name() on the management plane and poolId on the data plane. Alias poolId to poolName in the SDKs? Using pool.id() gives the full ARM ID. Alternatively we could allow passing an ARM ID.
How do we extract error details from error responses?
Lack of BatchManager.pools().exists() method (HEAD request)
BatchFailureInfo.toString() should print out error details
