Cost Management sample missing #61

I am missing an up-to-date sample for Cost Management. Can you please add some? I could not find anything.

@00Kai0 / @msyyc please provide a sample on cost management, we are not able to understand the documentation as there is no example with it ?

@kazrael2119 I tested the sample you have added. It does not seem to export anything. Does this SDK support exporting billing data for a given period of time?
