the way to set cloud name

I want to know, How to set cloud name, like as AzureChinaCloud. I tried to set environment variable like AZURE_CLOUD_NAME, but failed.

I tried the AZURE_AUTHORITY_HOST="https://login.chinacloudapi.cn/", it did not work also.
