Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/browse/
2. Search for "Getting started - Managing SQL Database using Azure golang sdk"

There are 21 returned samples, all with the same title. They are allowed to be published due to the unique urlFragments provided.

Expected behavior:

For user experience, these samples should have distinct titles and descriptions. Users are unable to distinguish what each sample provides based on the title and description provided.
