Provision terraform_azurerm_vnet_app

Any log messages given by the failure

N/A

Expected/desired behavior

Windows Server VMs adds1 ,jumpwin1 and mssqlwin1 should use Automatic platform patch assessment instead of automatic guest os updates.

OS and Version?

Windows Server 2022

Versions

AzureSandbox v2.10.1

Mention any other details that might be useful

Previous patching strategy was to use automatic platform orchestrated guest OS updates. Implement Automatic platform patch assessment for compatibility with Azure Update Management f Automatic platform patch assessment has already been implemented on jumplinux1
