Deploy terraform-azurerm-vm-mssql

Any log messages given by the failure

Expected/desired behavior

Note that only OS updates are enabled for automatic patch assessment. SQL Server should also be iincluded in patch assessment as per {First-party updates on WindowsFirst-party updates on Windows}(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/update-manager/support-matrix?tabs=public%2Cazurevm-os#first-party-updates-on-windows)
