Broken links in "Examples by language" and "Examples by usage" #38

Several of the links in the live version of the landing page seem to be broken.

To reproduce:

Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/azure-samples/cognitive-services-language-understanding/cognitive-services-language-understanding/
Select a link in the tables titled "Examples by language" or "Examples by usage". For example, the link labeled "Quickstarts: Change model".

Most of the links in those tables currently lead to 404 errors.
