Update project json for DemoApp #55

If you are following the tutorial here conversational-language-understanding/quickstart the "Create a CLU project" section links to this file. https://github.com/Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-sample-data-files/blob/master/language-service/CLU/EmailApp

a. this file is out of date and produces an error when you try to import it into CLU via the Language Studio b. added .json file extension which is currently missing

Links to this file would have to be updated I believe
