It would be great if I could subscribe to events to this repository in Teams.

Describe the solution you'd like Teams Github Integration.

Describe alternatives you've considered Many repos in the Azure Samples org have this enabled and it means a Chatbot in Teams will notify you about events in this repo (if you want) - which I do!
