Instead of pulling destination email from config, allow the Agent to enter it on the Send Email UI.

Also added 2 other minor improvements:

Auto-close the email modal after sending email successfully
Reduce heights of things so that "Send Summary" button has a better chance to fit on the screen (there are some issues with scrolling on the Agent UI and the modal window).
