Update calling sample after 1.11.0 release #213

Purpose

We want to keep our chat hero sample up to date with the latest and greatest from the UI Library

Updated @azure/communication-react to 1.11.0.
Added @azure/core-util@1.5.0 as dependency
Matched versions of other dependencies with Calling monorepo
Updated server to be able to create rooms and add users to rooms
Updated app to be able to start a rooms call and join a rooms call

Testing

Smoke test in local sample for group call and rooms call scenario
