Deployment fail both GitHub Codespaces and VS Code Dev Containers #156

Hello all, While deploying, all resources were deployed successfully except the endpoint , please find the error message and screenshot

The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.
