Deployment Fail #157

I have started executing the Lab-Creative Writing Assistant: Working with Agents using Prompty (Python Implementation), but the deployment has failed. I have tried both the local environment and VS Code Dev Containers. please find the screenshots and help me local-fail vs-fail
