I enabled Notebooks in Cosmos on 11/6/2019 (Region East US). It worked for 11/6/2019, 11/7/2019, 11/8/2019, 11/11/2019 (early morning only) around 10 am EST on 11/11/2019 I began getting the error message Connection lost with Notebook server. Attempting to reconnect...
It's not been able to Reconnect since. There no documentation any where to help with this issue. I no idea where to go to troubleshoot this issue. Please provide documentation on what to do when you can't connect to server in Notebooks. I can't implement Notebooks in Cosmos and tell everyone how great it is if its not working.
