Network security groups: Multiple individuals needed to update the Network Security Group and add an allow rule for inbound traffic to their k8s cluster in order to view the API gateway server. I wasn't able to sort out exactly why some people needed it but others didn't, but it might be good to include this in the troubleshooting guide in case people have running deployments but cannot access the URI.
