Since this is a "msft" authorized template in Azure-Samples, we may want to publish it to Microsoft learning page: Onboarding Samples to learn.microsoft.com/samples

@pamelafox Sorry that I missed it. I have a list of templates that I checked together, and I deleted the ones that are in azure samples. I must be skipping the deletion of this templates on my list.
