fix: shellcheck of deploy, add to main readme #476

Purpose

Improvements to deploy script (ei. shellcheck, adding ability to specify env variables).
Add link to sample in the root readme and synapseanalytics readme
gitignore to ignore the temp_*.json files generated by deploy.sh script
