Description

A clear and concise description of what the bug is Parking Sensor Synapse Release is failing to at "Upload package to Synapse workspace" step with the following error:

Expected Behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Release pipeline runs successfully.

Reproduce

Deploy Parking Sensor Synapse sample
Run CICD pipeline - fails in CD pipeline

This is due to this issue with the az cli: https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/issues/24718
