Description

Idempotency for External Data Source creation is missing
Slight change to the READMe.md instructions to bring more clarity on the location folder where to replace the environment variables

Expected Behavior

No errors when redeploying the pipeline that creates the external source

Reproduce

Deploy the Serverless sample Best practices using Delta Lake
Connect to Synapse Studio
Run the Setup pipeline twice
See error on the Monitoring tab

Additional Context

Additionally, I will add a more precise instruction on the ReadMe.md file in order to explain in which directory to find the .env file
