Based on V-Team discussion, there is a need to know what's new been added to the repository. There are many options to consider:

Publishing a monthly/quarterly release summarising the changes.
Maintaining a CHANGELOG.md which is kept up-to-date at all times.
Updating the PR template to:
- Ask for CHANGELOG.md update (if applicable).
- Encourage adding a short video showcasing the use of sample.
