The synapse pipeline is failing due to the change of the open source data links

Expected Behavior

Pipeline running with no failures

Reproduce

Deploy E2E Synapse Sample
Access to the Synapse Studio deployed
Run the P_Ingest_MelbParkingData pipeline
See error
