yml file pointing to the wrong directory

Expected Behavior

yml should point to the right directory: yml located here: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/modern-data-warehouse-dataops/blob/70ca905ad56c01aeb8236e40fe721427cd343f4b/single_tech_samples/fabric/fabric_ci_cd/devops/azdo-fabric-cd-release.yml#L19
