[ ] Azure DevOps CI pipeline definition in devops folder
[ ] CI Pipeline must do the following:
- [ ] Build Python package and create a whl file.
- [ ] Run any Python package unit tests
- [ ] Build any SSDT project files (used in warehouse deployment)
- [ ] Publish artifacts
- [ ] Trigger on commits to main branch
