Consider deployment_id in clean-up script

Change the clean-up.sh script to consider the deployment_id so the user doesn't delete other deployments unintentionally

• Alter the clean-up script so it considers deployment_id for the deletes
• Make sure SPs are properly cleaned-up
• Make sure all DevOps artifacts are properly cleaned-up
