Remove devlace reference from release pipeline #845

Encountered the following error in the release pipeline:

The pipeline is not valid. Could not get the latest source version for repository devlace/mdw-dataops-clone hosted on https://github.com/ydaponte/mdw-dataops-fork using ref refs/heads/adf_publish. GitHub reported the error, "Not Found" 20241115.1

The devlace/mdw-dataops-clone reference needs to be replaced by a dynamic reference for the current user

It seems that the seed command didn't worked properly. It seems to be working fine now. Closing the issue.
