Fixes a couple issues related to Spring security settings when running the sample in Tomcat on HTTPS:
By default, Spring's web security settings would present a login page to the user when they tried to browse to the sample's URL. These settings were disabled in the two samples which are not focused on using Spring, so that all authentication in the sample is related only to Azure AD.
Because the samples were changed to use HTTPS, Spring would automatically redirect users to port 8443 if the sample was running on Tomcat, as found in https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-java/issues/208. All config and setup instructions were changed from using port 8080 to port 8443 so that pages are accessed correctly.
