Describe the issue: Fail to run the command docker build -t aoai-smart-loadbalancing:v1 . and there is an error: "failed to read dockerfile".
docker build -t aoai-smart-loadbalancing:v1 .
Suggestion: Add command cd src before docker build -t aoai-smart-loadbalancing:v1 ..
