The azd team would like all changes to core/ bicep files to make their way back to their repo. I noticed that cognitiveservices.bicep has changed from core (https://github.com/Azure/azure-dev/blob/main/templates/common/infra/bicep/core/ai/cognitiveservices.bicep), so I suggest contributing that change to core. cc @jongio
