@pamelafox apparently the RG deletion is blocked somehow. Can you please investigate?

I've filed @ https://github.com/Azure/azure-dev/issues/4210 Let's see if they have ideas. Let me know if you see the same error on any other repos which have an Azure OpenAI instance. It may be a new restriction from Azure, or may be due to me using the global deployment.

I have not encountered any other instances of this error. Probably the global deployment.

Okay, well it looks like Victor is discussing it with Arun. I don't think there's any action I can take. Part of the point of this repo is to experiment with the Global deployment, so I can't change that.
