• [ ] Update README to reflect .NET versions

Notebooks

• [x] start_here.ipynb is this where users are supposed to start? If not, let's remove this one since the title says it's about getting embeddings.
• [x] Get_embeddings.ipynb We should be more specific by deployment name that it needs to be an embedding deployment, not GPT.
• [x] Embedding_long_inputs.ipynb For the expected token limit we need to document that this error is expected.

This is an issue in .NET Interactive, the command failed is not the one running the code but HoverText.
