Add the Qdrant Cloud on Azure option #33

You can add the further option of "Qdrant Cloud on Azure" option to use Qdrant in Azure AI apps after the following announcement:

Introducing Qdrant Cloud on Microsoft Azure

It would be beneficial to provide information on where the data is stored (either Azure or Qdrant Cloud) and details on privacy features.
