Move Spark Operator deployment to Helm dep #114

This PR moves the deployment of the Spark Operator out of the repo as code and to a Helm 3 dependency. This allows for quicker revision as the code from the Spark Operator is revised.

Update the Chart.yaml file with the new dependency
Update the settings in the values to pass variable to the spark-operator
Removed the Spark Operator sub-chart files
